ABOUT US
LaserHeadz, LLC
Perkasie, Pennsylvania
We provide industrial service(s) to the manufacturing community. You can hire us to improve your products and/or process, you can resell our services to your current customers, or you can even contract us to produce products or parts that can best be produced on an Industrial Laser Engraver.
We are set up to support metal shops. Our laser is not a cutting laser (plasma cutter). We consider our process as "light industrial" and our greatest assets involve knowledge in graphics applications, digital data conversions, and visual aesthetics Ask us about the cool stuff we can do on the laser. We currently do not serve the retail public. Your job will never get bumped for little league trophies, we don't handle trophies.
LOT NUMBERS?
We support innovation and are open to prototypes. We do not have a minimum lot number. We are most interested in lots numbering in the hundreds and thousands. Numbers above 3,000 may require a contract.HISTORY
Professional graphics, advertising and marketing make up the bulk of our history. We now fill a void in high resolution imaging to metal surfaces. No longer will you need to deal with the limitations of silk screening or decaling your products.

![]()
There is no charge to test a material.
Testing Materials is different than Samples. Customers submit materials that they work with and we apply very specific graphic files to to test patterns, powers, and speeds. This helps us determine the best settings and appropriate jigs we will need to run your job(s) with the most success. The best test substrate is an "imperfect" part or a "second".
